Residhotel Golf Grand Avignon - Vedene

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was massive, with a big comfy bed and a lovely balcony to chill on. The place was quiet, near the golf course and perfect for unwinding. Just wish the cleanliness was a bit better, though!

It is in front of the airport. The location was very convenient, with Napoli Pizza nearby, where we could eat.

Not obvious to find.

I came here for 2 nights and had a just perfect stay. Everything here was nice and my room was a decent size and quiet. The location was peaceful, staff were excellent!

Quiet location with easy access from the motorway.

I did not want to leave, spent fairly nice time and can't recommend highly enough. Everything was great, with understanding staff, met requests. Double room with really big bed, had essentials required.

Good accomodation; convienient location

The spacious one-bedroom apartment provided a comfortable living area with a well-equipped kitchenette, made meal preparation convenient.

The apartment's cleanliness was slightly lacking, particularly noticeable on the floors that hadn't been properly mopped.

After entering our room the first time, leaving some of our luggage, the keycard no longer worked. I went to the front desk where they assigned me another key to the same room, it still did not work. I went back a third time and they acted as if they didn't believe me that the card did not work. Granted, there was a language barrier but the main woman I was talking to spoke English and proceeded to speak in French to my friend who does speak French get my point clear as to what the problem was. After a good 45 minutes, they ended up switching our room even though they had said at check in that they were fully booked and could not get two rooms near each other.

Very understated. No fuss. Comfortable flat. Was prepared for no daily cleaning so was not a shock. Previous reviews did the trick. Loved the golf. Very flat course but challenging with at least 1 spectacular hole. Nice lady on reception when we arrived.

Oh dear. Ridiculously difficult to find. Without French help would still be looking for it. Le Pontet is a dump. Discovering lovely villages around rescued us. Rude off hand young female in golf shop.

Absolutely fine exterior, oh wait, it's quite rundown and unkempt. I expected a complimentary treat for my stay, but only got crumbling steps and flying pool umbrellas. The outdated kitchen supplies made cooking a nightmare. I almost gave a good review, but really could not when i saw the dirty shower tray. 1 Star is too generous.

The suite provided a wonderful space for our family.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by multiple issues. The cleanliness was highly disappointing, with kitchen equipment that felt outdated and inadequate. The living room was cramped, which hindered our comfort .

Check-in confusion due to closed reception at advertised time!!! Kitchen utensils need updating, and hob in kitchenette frustrating to use!!! Lighting issues with non-functional bulbs raised concerns about maintenance!!!

the cleanliness of the terrace was under par..The matresses a bit soft.

Was told that the optional breakfast would only be charged if we ate it, but at checkout we found that they had billed us for it even though we didn't eat. They said that they had no way of cancelling/correcting the charge...so we had to pay anyway. Hard to believe that they "couldn't" reverse that charge...
